By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Overview
Your subscription includes one (1) body treatment and one (1) skincare treatment per calendar month. Treatments are selected from a specified menu of eligible services, which may include some of our best-selling facials.
2. Usage
- Both treatments must be used within the same calendar month.
- Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month.
- Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Non-Transferable
- This subscription is strictly non-transferable.
- Treatments can only be used by the named account holder and cannot be shared, gifted, or exchanged.
4. Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
- Payment must be made in full each month to maintain active membership.
- Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
5. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum notice period of [insert your preferred notice, e.g. 30 days] is required to cancel your subscription.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Any treatments not used within the active billing period will be forfeited upon cancellation.
6. Appointment Policy
- Standard salon cancellation policy applies (e.g. 24–48 hours notice required).
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of that month’s treatment allocation.

7. Treatment Suitability
- All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
- We reserve the right to amend or substitute treatments where necessary for safety or best results.
8. Changes to Subscription
- We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated in advance.
9. General
- Subscription benefits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or products unless stated.
- By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions.
